Grown

Years ago my dreams brought me here.
And only in my dreams am I able
To see past the locks and keys-
And reveal a secret world
But, I have grown up.
And now, ruptured pain keeps me away.
From ever seeing what was
Ever again………

Sadness controls me if I think of you,
If only I could venture back into
The darkened forest and scale that wall,
